Return Policy

All of the educational resources available for purchase at The Literacy Hill (Previously Tiny Steps Make Big Strides) are digital products.

 

Unlike a book, you can't (really) return a PDF after it's been downloaded or accessed. For that reason, all sales of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

Upon completion of your purchase, your resource will be delivered electronically to the email address either entered at the time of purchase or, if you hold an account with us, to the email address attached to your user profile.

 

Please check your cart before you checkout as we will not refund due to you purchasing the wrong resource.

 

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refunds will be granted in these cases:

 

Duplicate purchases: you may have accidentally purchased the same resource twice or perhaps you purchased a resource that was also included in a bundle either purchased at the same time or later.
 

Compromised Resource File: If you have purchased a file that is missing content or damaged, please get in touch so we can rectify the problem. If we can’t rectify the problem we will offer a refund.

 

To be considered, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase. Please include details of your purchase along with your request.
