The Literacy Hill provides in person tutoring, online line coaching and printable digital downloads and teaching ideas via our website located at theliteracyhill.com.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website and services. Before accessing our website or using the services, please ensure that you have read and understood our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this policy.

If you subscribe to The Literacy Hill by email, or purchase resources from our store either paid or free your details may be stored by us.

 

We will never sell your information. We only collect personal information about you when you voluntarily submit information directly to us when you access our websites or use our services. This can include information you provide to us when you comment via the Websites, subscribe to our mailing lists, newsletters or other forms of marketing communications, respond to surveys or use some other feature of the services.

We collect information from you that is necessary to provide you with coaching services and to manage our relationship with you. We do so only to provide you with the Services. If you choose not to provide personal information, we may not be able to provide the services to you or respond to your other requests.
